Is it possible to return ordered items?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can return unused items without personalization within 14 days. When you return products, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once we receive the return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used to order the item. Shipping costs incurred when ordering the item will not be refunded.

The production time of the T-shirts depends on the current orders and the volume ordered.

Standard shipping takes approximately 2-3 working days with DPD or DHL.
