Shipping Policy
National shipping
- Shipping costs within Germany are €5.90 via DPD or DHL. Smaller orders are shipped via DHL Warenpost for €3.90.
- The delivery time for an order depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
- The stated delivery times apply to shipping within Germany.
International Shipping
- Delivery/shipping costs within the EU are €7.90.
- Shipping costs to the rest of the world are €29.90.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional country-specific import duties, as well as customs clearance fees and service charges, may apply. The amount of these fees depends on the destination country. Please inquire about these fees at your local customs office. These fees are your responsibility.
The stated delivery times apply to shipping within Germany. The delivery time for an order depends on the item with the longest delivery time.
Delivery times for international shipments will be increased accordingly by the period specified here:
- Austria: stated delivery time + 2 working days
- Within the EU: stated delivery time + 4 working days
- Outside the EU: stated delivery time + 15 working days

DPD Deutschland GmbH and DHL Paket GmbH
As part of the order processing, we transmit your data (name, address, email address and/or mobile phone number, if applicable, as well as other shipment-related data) to our respective shipping partner DPD Deutschland GmbH or DHL Paket GmbH, based on Article 6(1f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your email address and/or mobile phone number will only be transmitted with your explicit consent. You can object to the transmission of additional information such as your email address or mobile phone number at any time, both with us and with the respective shipping provider.
