Refund Policy

You can return unused, non-personalized items within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used when ordering the item. Shipping costs incurred during the order process are non-refundable.

  • Packaging: Please only pack items that are new, unworn and in their original condition.
  • Please enclose a return form ( ReturnForm.pdf ).
