Terms and Conditions – KQRoad Giveaway

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by KQroad , www.kqroad.com.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Participants must have a residential address within the European Union.

Employees of KQroad and their family members are excluded.

3. How to Enter

To participate, fill out the online entry form completely and submit it before the deadline stated below.

Each participant may enter only once.

​

4. Giveaway Period

The giveaway starts on 25.09.2025 1 pm and ends on 30.09.2025 1 pm.

Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Prize

We are giving away 3 custom ISTRIA300 T-shirts (approx. retail value €34,95 each ).

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days after the closing date.

The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days.

If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner will be selected.

7. Data Protection

Personal data will be collected solely for the purpose of running this giveaway and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All data will be deleted after the giveaway has been completed.

8. Exclusion

KQroad reserves the right to exclude participants who attempt to manipulate the giveaway, provide false information, or violate these terms.

9. Liability

KQroad accepts no liability for technical issues, lost entries or other circumstances beyond our control.
